Account and verification data (name, credentials, license number, NPI, DEA where applicable, practice details, uploaded credential documents); order and transaction data; and usage data collected automatically.
How We Use Information
To verify provider eligibility, operate the Platform, process orders, provide support, maintain security and traceability, and comply with legal obligations.
Credential Documents
Uploaded license and credential documents are stored securely and accessed only for verification and compliance purposes.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers (e.g., payment, shipping, verification) under appropriate safeguards, or as required by law.
Data Security & Retention
We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, and retain information as needed for the purposes described and as required by law.
